Recertification FAQ

Reach out to University@Nutanix.com with any questions.

Recertification is achieved by one of the following:

  • passing a valid NCS-Core certification exam which requires paying for the exam or using a discount offer,
  • completing the Nutanix Certified Services Professional, Master or Expert learning plan at no cost on Nutanix University.

At the launch of this policy, any NCS-Core certification two years or older has automatically been extended to the end of the grace period, which is January 31st, 2025.

If you do not recertify before the deadline, your NCS-Core certification will show as expired in Nutanix University and your digital badge from Credly will also be labeled as expired.

Also, expired certifications may not count towards program requirements for example the Nutanix Elevate Partner Program.
