The Nutanix Certified Services (NCS) Certification Program focuses on enabling Nutanix employees and partners to deliver Nutanix Professional Services based on Nutanix Service offerings and the associated Service Delivery Kits to ensure high-quality and standardized service delivery.
The NCS Certification Program is designed as the outline of a subway map to assist with understanding the various steps necessary to obtain a certain type of certification.
NCS-Core is the prerequisite for all other Services badges and the first badge you can achieve in our program.

You can start learning in one or multiple NCS learning plans:
Each of the four learning tracks starts with the Professional level.
Enroll in the Professional Level.
The prerequisites depend on the learning plan and they will be described in the respective learning plan.
These modules, called Services Enablement Kits (SEKs), are based on our Service Offerings and aim to help students prepare for the Service Delivery.
They typically include an assessment.
Service delivery can require knowledge and skills related to external certifications.
In that case, we require students to submit the relevant certification before we issue the appropriate Services badge.
When you complete the content of the learning plan, we will ask you to take a minute to leave feedback.
This is a chance to let us know more about your learning experience and any additional content that you would find useful.

If you would like to proceed to the Master level badge, enrolling in the Master learning plan is the easiest way. Steps to complete Master level certification are the same as for Professional level and include:

If you would like to proceed to the Expert Level Badge, enrolling in the Expert learning plan is the easiest way. Steps to complete Expert level certification are the same as for Professional and Master level and include:

We are continuously working on creating enablement for the Services delivery. Even if the learning plan is not yet available, you can still start learning because the content is organized modularly - each Service Offering being a module.
You can review all available modules on the Services Academy Complete catalog. From the thumbnail used for the module, you can recognize the certification track and the level it belongs to. It is also stated in the course description.
As soon as the learning plan is ready, you will be able to find it on Services Academy Learn by Badge catalog, and if you have already completed a module included, it will be marked as completed for you.
You can retake the course anytime when you would like to refresh the knowledge and when notified that any updates have occurred within the course.
Once you complete a course and it is or becomes a part of the specific learning plan, it will be marked as completed for you inside of the learning plan.
The last step of a learning plan is to collect your badge. If this step is unavailable, all required modules and/or prerequisites may have not been completed.
Allow up to 7 days from completion of the learning plan for a badge to show up. If after 7 days you still do not receive your badge you can contact the support team at university@nutanix.com.
