Recently we recognized that our interview process was in need of a little refinement, so we focused ourselves on overhauling the interview and overall candidate experience with the same dedication we show to our customers every day. We began with a more structured interview process, making sure interviewers weren’t repeating the same set of questions and that they correlated directly to the core competencies needed to succeed in the position. Another area we worked to improve was limiting our interview panel to no more than five people that would be responsible for the hiring decision. And since our candidate’s interview experience extends beyond interaction with people to technology, we worked to integrate more robust and state-of-the-art tools to help with technical evaluations. We’re proud that these changes have resulted in a positive candidate experience and are thrilled to be ranked 14 out of 100 companies on Glassdoor’s list of the Best Places to Interview in the U.S., according to the company’s most recent report.
