Nutanix Resident Xperts
Nutanix Resident Xperts are selected based on your organization’s requirements and have full access to Nutanix resources. Resident Xperts can be requested for specific operational requirements such as security clearances or industry certifications.
Nutanix Inside Resident Xperts
Nutanix Inside Resident Xperts (iResidents) have the same qualifications as Resident Xperts, except they are not physically present in your offices or datacenters. Experience the same high quality of services – delivered remotely!

Backed by Nutanix’s world-class Customer Success and Support organizations, a TAM can help your business by minimizing service disruption by promptly managing issues and escalations to resolution.
TAMs come in two variations:
Full TAMs suited for large customers that need a significant portion of a TAMs time to help them manage potential challenges and issues and provide advice on future projects in an in-person manner.
Inside TAMs (iTAMs) are suited for mid-sized and growing customers who need slightly less support in a remote manner.
