Nutanix Highlights Focus on Customers, Employees, and More in the FY25 Impact Report

Each year, Nutanix publishes an Impact Report to share how our business creates value beyond financial performance. The report highlights how our culture, people, products, and governance practices come together to support long-term growth while striving to contribute positively to customers, communities, and the environment.

Our new report, which covers Nutanix’s fiscal year 2025*, captures a year of meaningful progress. Trust and reliability remain central to who we are and how we operate, whether that is supporting customers through rapid change, empowering employees to do their best work, or strengthening our approach to sustainability and governance.

The report covers a year that brought strong momentum across the business. Nutanix reached new milestones in product innovation, customer growth, and annual revenue.  At the same time, we expanded our sustainability efforts by increasing renewable energy procurement for our datacenters.  In fiscal year 2025, more than 78% of the energy used to power our IT load came from renewable sources, marking our second consecutive year of improvement.

We continued to strengthen our commitment to people and communities. Through our Spark program, employees supported 1,567 causes globally, contributing more than 2,500 volunteer hours and $842,000 in donations, matching funds, and grants. Employee engagement remained strong, ranking in the top quartile among technology companies, supported by inclusive programs, competitive benefits, and opportunities to connect through our employee resource groups called “L.I.F.E. groups”.

Good governance continues to underpin all of this work, helping ensure transparency, accountability, and integrity.
