U.S. Public Sector Employees and Officials include:
- Any employee or official of any agency or organization within the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of any government within the United States (Federal, state, or local) and its territories (these include elected officials, civil servants, political appointees, and military personnel);
- Any employee of an institution (such as public utilities, colleges, universities, K-12, and hospitals) funded by any U.S. Federal, state or local agency or organization;
- Any employee or official of a public international organization or quasi-governmental entity such as the World Bank, a regional development bank, United Nations, International Olympic Committee or international charity; and
- Any employee of any entity that is above Nutanix in a procurement chain pursuant to which Nutanix products or services are ultimately sold to any U.S. Federal, state or local agency or organization (which may include prime government contractors, system integrators, third-party consultants, or other organizations).
