We are very proud to announce that the Nutanix Support Portal has been named by the Association of Support Professionals (ASP) as the best support website in 2022, marking the 3rd consecutive year Nutanix has been recognized with this honor. Overall, Nutanix has won this award 5 times.
ASP has held this competition for over 20 years and this year all the participating support sites were evaluated in 22 different areas as part of the assessment by five independent judges. The Nutanix Support Portal exceeded all other sites in almost all 22 categories and was declared as the best support website in 2022. Some of the features the Nutanix Support Portal offers are - AI-ML based automation, proactive and personalized support, high-quality search, customer feedback management were highly appreciated by the judges.
