Johannesburg Stock Exchange

The Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) was established in 1887 and is the oldest and largest stock exchange in Africa. Trading its equity market through the London Stock Exchange had resulted in significant latency and connectivity challenges. Following a major outage, JSE now host everything on local shores. All of their virtualized platforms now run on Nutanix, including VDI and Delphix. They have recognized significant cost avoidance due to consolidation, seeing a cost reduction of 45% over a 5 year period and a reduction in their CPU stock account of 78%.
