At Nutanix, we strive to maintain a friendly, inclusive, and respectful environment for all Multi-Cloud Experts members. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we have established the following Code of Conduct.
By participating in our Multi-Cloud Experts community, you agree to abide by these guiding behaviours:
Respect and Kindness: Treat all members with respect, kindness, and empathy. Be mindful of your words and actions, as they can have an impact on others. Harassment, hate speech, personal attacks, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.
Inclusive Language: Use inclusive language that welcomes and respects individuals from all backgrounds. Avoid offensive, derogatory, or exclusionary remarks based on factors such as race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other personal characteristics.
Safety and Security: Help create a safe and secure environment for all members. Do not engage in or promote any illegal activities.
Constructive Discussions: Engage in constructive discussions and debates. Disagreements are normal, but they should be approached in a respectful and civil manner. Avoid excessive or intentional disruption of conversations.
Be supportive of other members, both proactively and responsively: If you see someone struggling or needing help, offer to help them. Be careful not to be mean or rude. Be willing to assist others; if you have a tight schedule, let them know when you can help; or, if you can't help, point them in the right direction.
Privacy and Confidentiality: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. Do not share personal information, private messages, or any sensitive data without explicit consent. Be cautious when discussing topics that involve personal or sensitive information.
No impersonations of a Nutanix employee, manager, host, or another user will be tolerated.
No Spam or Self-Promotion: Avoid spamming, excessive self-promotion, or any form of unsolicited promotion. The Multi-Cloud Experts Community is a place for genuine engagement, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
Intellectual Property: Respect intellectual property rights. Do not share or distribute copyrighted material, unless you have the necessary permission to do so. Give proper credit when referencing or using others' work.
Continuous Learning: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Be open to feedback and willing to educate yourself and others. Embrace diverse perspectives and seek to understand different viewpoints.
