Nutanix Insights provides an intuitive platform focused with a single health-focused unified dashboard across site, cluster and geography. If a support case with Nutanix is required, Insights automates the process of raising the support ticket, collecting and uploading required system logs and assigning a Support Reliability Engineer (SRE).
Nutanix Insights was initially announced in October 2019. All customers will find access has been enabled for their accounts during July 2020.
In order for Nutanix Insights to provide the best experience, it requires the following:
Nutanix Pulse must be enabled on any clusters that you want to function with Nutanix Insights. Additionally, it is recommended that the second checkbox also be enabled which provided the cluster names and IP addresses for specific Nutanix services,
NCC 220.127.116.11 is required for automatic log collection and some metrics collection.
