In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, state and local governments have undertaken massive, rapid efforts to boldly implement secure telework and remote-access IT solutions.

In 2019, fewer than 20% of state and local agencies had enterprise telework solutions in place. As-a-Service technology has enabled state and local agencies to fulfill their mission to provide essential services to citizens.
