Nutanix uses its Affiliates and certain third party suppliers (each a “Sub-processor”) to process Customer Personal Data on Nutanix’s behalf to provide our Services listed below. These Sub-processors include infrastructure hosting providers and customer support providers. Nutanix imposes contractual obligations on its Sub-processors to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that any Sub-processor protects such data in accordance with the standards required by applicable privacy laws.
