Nutanix's .heart program supports mission driven causes making a bigger impact on communities globally

Our .heart program has three strategic pillars: Education, Climate Change, and Diversity and Inclusion. And we're partnering to make the world a better, more sustainable, more inclusive place.

Nutanix empowers employees to give and volunteer to causes they hold close.  From our donation matching program to a robust 32 hour volunteer time off (VTO) programs, we encourage employees and teams to give back in ways that are meaningful to causes around the globe.

Nutanix works with Girls in Tech to support their events, hackathons, global online classroom and align our employees with their mentoring program.

Earthwatch connects people with scientists worldwide to conduct environmental research and empowers them with the knowledge they need to conserve the planet.

Codepath brings together employers, students, and colleges to eliminate inequities in tech education, diversify the field, and provide underrepresented students with a path toward economic mobility and generational wealth.

"I’m incredibly proud of the way our teams and our business have come together to support each other and our customers. Looking ahead, we have many opportunities to expand our efforts and continue to join and drive collective solutions to the challenges our world is facing economically, socially, and environmentally.”
