How is coronavirus affecting .NEXT Conference in Chicago, IL and .NEXT EMEA in Paris, France?

Due to the growing concern around the coronavirus (COVID-19), and in alignment with the best practices laid out by the CDC and WHO, Nutanix has decided to shift .NEXT 2020 to a digital environment, which will take place September 8th-11th, 2020.

What is Global .NEXT Digital Experience?

The Global .NEXT Digital Experience will bring the best of our traditional, in-person .NEXT Conference to you in a virtual format. It will be a free, multi-day event connecting our attendees to .NEXT 2020 & .NEXT EMEA content through streamed keynotes, breakout sessions, interactive learning, and digital networking sessions with Nutanix experts and sponsor organizations.

When will the new Global .NEXT Digital Experience take place?

September 8th-11th, 2020.

Do I need to register for the Global .NEXT Digital Experience?

Individuals already registered for .NEXT 2020 and pre-registered for .NEXT EMEA will automatically be registered for the Global .NEXT Digital Experience. If you were not registered for .NEXT 2020 and would like to attend the digital event, please register here.

What is the registration fee for the Global .NEXT Digital Experience?

Free!

Will .NEXT EMEA 2020 in Paris, France still occur?

We have combined .NEXT with .NEXT EMEA to create one, global event occurring September 8th-11th.

Do I need to cancel my registration for .NEXT 2020 & .NEXT EMEA?

No, there is no need to cancel your registration. The registration team will be reaching out to you with options on how to handle your pass.

Will I receive a refund for .NEXT 2020?

You have options! The registration team can either roll your registration forward to a .NEXT 2021 pass or issue you a refund for your pass price. The registration team will be reaching out to you with those options.

What happens if my company purchased a SKU?

The registration team will be reaching out to determine if your organization would prefer a refund or to roll the passes forward to .NEXT 2021.

What will happen to my hotel reservation?

If you booked your hotel through the .NEXT registration process, we will be canceling your hotel reservation on your behalf.

For hotel reservation booked outside of the .NEXT registration process, it is your responsibility to cancel your reservation and confirm all refunds.

If I purchased a training course will I be reimbursed?

Yes, you will be reimbursed and will be the first to know about our updated digital training offerings. Stay tuned for more information!

I’m a .NEXT sponsor and want to participate in the Global .NEXT Digital Experience. How?

We are committed to building an engaging sponsor experience during the Global .NEXT Digital Experience! We will be in touch with all confirmed sponsors shortly with additional updates on the virtual Expo and sponsor packages. If you are not a sponsor and are interested in participating, please email sponsors@nutanix.com.

Networking is a big reason why I attend .NEXT, will there be opportunities to network virtually?

Yes, we will have several different fun and engaging opportunities to network with Nutanix Executives, customers, partners, sponsors and industry professionals through the digital experience including the virtual Solutions Expo.

Since the Global .NEXT Digital Experience is virtual, can additional people from my company attend?

Yes, we would love for additional people from your company to attend.
