When registering, you may pay by credit card.

Through November 13, 2026 we will offer super early bird passes and through January 15, 2027 we will offer early bird passes which will be applied directly in registration at a cost.

Your full conference registration fee includes the following:

All registration cancellation requests must be submitted by email to registration@nutanix.com.

Cancellations will incur a $75 USD processing fee before Friday, February 26, 2027.
After Friday, February 26, 2027, there is a 50% refund on the registration fee paid. If you need to cancel your registration, you will be refunded in USD.

If you need to make any edits to your registration, please log back into the registration website or email registration@nutanix.com.

Yes, please note any special dietary requests during the registration process. Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available at all conference meal functions. For additional restrictions, there will be a designated area at the conference where you can pick up any special meal needs.

There are a few countries that require a visa for entry. We recommend checking in advance with your country's local U.S. consulate for details and requirements.

You will be asked if you require a visa letter during the registration process. You will need to provide the following information:

Yes, Nutanix will be offering guest passes to our .NEXT celebration on March 31 to registrants for $100 during registration. 

Harry Reid International Airport (Airport code: LAS) is the primary commercial airport serving the Las Vegas Valley, a major metropolitan area in the U.S. state of Nevada. It is located in Paradise, about 5 miles south of Downtown Las Vegas.

Lyft and Uber are currently authorized to provide ride sharing services at the LAS airport. Simply arrange for a ride using the app on your smartphone or mobile device.

You can pick up a taxi outside the baggage claim areas at both terminals of Harry Reid International Airport.

Terminal 1 Taxi Pickup: Taxis wait right outside the baggage claim area on the east side near exit doors 1 through 4.

Terminal 3 Taxi Pickup: Taxis are stationed outside on Level Zero near exit door 52.

Airport personnel are available to help queue the lines and provide assistance as needed.

Hotel reservations depend on if you have a code that includes a hotel stay.

If your registration code includes hotel accommodations, you’ll be able to select your check‑in and check‑out dates directly in the online registration portal. Pre‑ and post‑event nights are subject to availability, and the .NEXT Registration Team will email you to confirm any extension requests. Your hotel confirmation will be sent approximately three weeks before the event.

If your registration code does not include hotel accommodations, your registration confirmation email will contain a Passkey link where you can book the discounted group rate for .NEXT at the hotel directly. The .NEXT group rate at the Venetian Resort Las Vegas is $260.00 per night plus taxes and resort fees and must be booked by Monday, March 1, 2027. A one night's deposit is due at the time of booking. The cancellation policy for your reservation is 72 hours prior to arrival. If the reservation is canceled within 72 hours of arrival, your one-night deposit will be forfeited. Rates do not include applicable 13.38% Nevada Hotel Occupancy tax. (Subject to change) or the resort fee of $50.00 plus tax per night.

You must be registered for .NEXT to book a hotel room whether you have included accommodations or not.  

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas cannot guarantee specific guest room locations prior to check-in. They will do their best to accommodate at the time of check-in, based on availability and room type.

Check-in is at 3:00pm.
Check-out is 11:00am.

You must be 21 years of age or older to reserve and check-in to a hotel room.

Upon check-in, guests must present a booking credit card. If the credit card is unavailable, the guest’s deposit will be refunded to the booking credit card and another form of payment is required. A cash or credit card deposit of $150.00 per night is required upon check-in for incidentals and the balance of room and tax for the remainder of your stay.

To arrange payment using a corporate card, please contact the hotel directly and provide your payment information over the phone.

.NEXT 2027 offers multiple ways to build your skills, including instructor-led and self-paced hands-on labs, Nutanix certification opportunities, and a new Premium Training Day featuring full-day, expert-led courses. Additional educational sessions will be available throughout the conference. Check out the Agenda Builder when it launches for more details.

Premium Training Day takes place Sunday, March 29, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at The Venetian in Las Vegas. Attendees can choose from three full-day, hands-on courses led by Nutanix University experts for $500—a savings of more than $500 off the regular course price. Registration includes lunch. Bring your own device (BYOD) to participate in the hands-on activities. Advance registration is required, and space is limited.

Three courses are available to suit different experience levels:

• NHCF Express: Foundations in a Day (Beginner): Build foundational Nutanix skills through hands-on exercises in Prism Element and Prism Central, including VM provisioning, image management, performance monitoring, and cluster inventory automation.

• ECA Fast-Track: Core Intermediate Masterclass (Intermediate): Strengthen your administration skills with hands-on cluster security, Playbooks automation, disaster recovery, and VM migration using Nutanix Move.

• AAPM Accelerated: Advanced Power Session (Advanced): Develop advanced engineering skills through Flow overlay networks, microsegmentation, REST API and X-Play automation, cluster hardening, and troubleshooting.

Yes. Each course is designed for a different experience level. NHCF Express requires a foundational understanding of virtualization, HCI, virtual machines, and basic networking. ECA Fast-Track requires foundational Nutanix administration experience, including VM deployment and cluster monitoring. AAPM Accelerated is intended for experienced Nutanix administrators with hands-on cluster setup and upgrade experience. Review the individual course descriptions before registering to ensure the course is a good fit.

.NEXT 2027 will offer certification opportunities for attendees looking to validate their Nutanix skills. Certification exams are free for attendees, with unlimited attempts to pass. Additional details about available exams and how to participate will be shared as they are finalized.
