English is the official language of the conference including all general sessions, breakout sessions, and hands-on labs.

You must be at least 18 years of age to attend the conference and Solutions Expo and 21 years of age to attend the evening events.

Casual/Business casual is appropriate. Dressing in layers is recommended as the conference center temperature varies throughout.

If you feel unwell or experience symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you stay home and refrain from attending the event to ensure the safety of everyone.

When registering, you may pay by credit card.

Through February 28, 2025 we will offer early bird passes which will be applied directly in registration at a cost.

Your full conference registration fee includes the following:

All registration cancellation requests must be submitted by email to next@ntnxevents.com. Cancellations will incur a $75 USD processing fee before Friday, April 11, 2025. From April 11, 2025 to May 6, 2025, there is a 50% refund on the registration fee paid. If you need to cancel your registration, you will be refunded in USD.

If you need to make any edits to your registration, please log back into the registration website or email next@ntnxevents.com.

Yes, please note any special dietary requests during the registration process. Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available at all conference meal functions. For additional restrictions, there will be a designated area at the conference where you can pick up any special meal needs.

There are a few countries that require a visa for entry. We recommend checking in advance with your country's local U.S consulate for details and requirements.

You will be asked if you require a visa letter during the registration process. You will need to provide the following information:

• Full name on passport
  • Prefix 
  • Legal First Name
  • Legal Middle Name (if any)
  • Legal Surname
  • Suffix

• Passport Number
• Dates of Travel (only allow up to 3 days before and 3 days after the event)

If your Visa application is denied, we will refund your .NEXT Conference fee.

No, if your pass includes a hotel reservation, during the online registration process you will be able to request a hotel based upon your check-in and check-out dates. Reservations must be booked through the registration website to receive the contracted group rate. Your credit card information will be required. If your pass does not include a hotel reservation, you will have access to the .NEXT hotels at a discounted room rate that you may select during registration.

You must be registered for .NEXT to book your hotel room with our discounted rates. If you select hotel accommodations during the registration process, the .NEXT Registration Team will manage the reservation on your behalf and payment will be due upon arrival to the hotel.

The distance between available hotels to the venue varies and is listed in the hotel accommodations portion of the registration form.

The deadline to book is April 2, 2025.
