English is the official language of the conference including all general sessions, breakout sessions, and hands-on labs.
You must be at least 18 years of age to attend the conference and Solutions Expo and 21 years of age to attend the evening events.
Casual/Business casual is appropriate. Dressing in layers is recommended as the conference center temperature varies throughout.

Through October 13, 2026 we will offer super early bird passes and through January 31, 2026 we will offer early bird passes which will be applied directly in registration at a cost.

All registration cancellation requests must be submitted by email to next@ntnxevents.com.
Registration cancellations made prior to March 21, 2026, will result in a 100% refund of the registration fees paid. A $75 processing fee will apply.
Registration cancellations made on or after March 21, 2026 will result in a 50% refund of the paid registration fee. No processing fee applies.

Yes, please note any special dietary requests during the registration process. Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available at all conference meal functions. For additional restrictions, there will be a designated area at the conference where you can pick up any special meal needs.
There are a few countries that require a visa for entry. We recommend checking in advance with your country's local U.S consulate for details and requirements.

If your Visa application is denied, we will refund your .NEXT Conference fee.
Yes. Just add a guest pass to any .NEXT admission package. (Guests must be 18 years or older.) Guest passes include entry to the April 8 .NEXT Evening Reception as a guest of a .NEXT 2026 attendee.
No, if your pass includes a hotel reservation, during the online registration process you will be able to request a hotel based upon your check-in and check-out dates. Reservations must be booked through the registration website to receive the contracted group rate. Your credit card information will be required. If your pass does not include a hotel reservation, you will have access to the .NEXT hotels at a discounted room rate that you may select during registration.
You must be registered for .NEXT to book your hotel room with our discounted rates. If you select hotel accommodations during the registration process, the .NEXT Registration Team will manage the reservation on your behalf and payment will be due upon arrival to the hotel.
The distance between available hotels to the venue varies and is listed in the hotel accommodations portion of the registration form.
