Gartner Magic Quadrant: So nice to be a leader twice!

| min

At Nutanix, 2016 has been an exceptional year of growth and success. In just 10 short months, we’ve exceeded 3,000 customers across 90+ countries, grown to more than 2,000 employees, surpassed one billion dollars in lifetime sales, added two exciting companies to our family and, most recently, completed a successful IPO – completing our transition into a public company.

Now, one year after being named a leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Integrated Systems, we have been named a leader once again, this year improving our position in both completeness of vision and ability to execute.

Just seven years ago, we embarked on a journey to remake the datacenter, and replatform enterprise applications to take advantage of powerful software-driven capabilities. It was an ambitious undertaking, and one that would not have been a success without the trust, guidance and belief of our passionate customers. We could not be more thrilled to see our vision continue to be recognized with the creation of a new category in enterprise infrastructure, and we believe the recognition from Gartner represents a new opportunity for customers.

As we continue to pursue this vision, we will not simply rest on our accomplishments. We’ll continue to work with our customers to push the industry forward, expanding our capabilities and delivering on our vision. Through this hard work and ambition, we’re confident we’ll continue achieving milestones like those we’ve reached this year and will remain at the forefront of an industry that is rapidly changing.

Thank you to our customers, partners and employees for the trust, hard work and partnership that helped us to be acknowledged as a leader for the second consecutive year in the Magic Quadrant. You can take a look at the full report here.
