Dedication, Expertise and Opportunity: Highlights from the Partner Xchange at .NEXT Europe

Last week, we wrapped up our fourth .NEXT Europe where we welcomed a record 1300 partner attendees to Copenhagen. While we use our time at this event to share the latest training, news and information from Nutanix; I’m always impressed by what our partners bring, what they teach us, and their passion for what they do.

There were three things that stood out to me at this year’s Partner Xchange event, which kicked off .NEXT with a full day of partner activities:

The Dedication

We realize that taking time to come to .NEXT is time away from the field and with customers. The fact that we welcomed so many partners speaks volumes about their dedication to Nutanix and partnering with us in the multi-cloud era.

At our Partner Xchange Celebration and Awards Ceremony, we were thrilled to recognize the hard work and dedication that helps drive our business in the region. Nine awards were given to our EMEA partner community this year:

In addition the award winners announced last week, I also want to recognize the candidates who achieved the highest level of sales certification from Nutanix, the Nutanix Certified Sales Expert (NCSX). During Partner Xchange, these candidates presented in front of a panel of 3 Nutanix judges who scored them on their overall ability to understand and pitch Nutanix technology, how Nutanix is differentiated from the competition, and how to whiteboard the value of moving from a legacy 3-tier architecture to the Enterprise Cloud Platform of Nutanix.

The Expertise

Our partners are the best at what they do, and their commitment to staying up-to-date on the latest from Nutanix is unparalleled. We had standing room only at our enablement sessions, including Nutanix Certified Systems Engineer (NCSE) Level 1 and 2, best practice sessions on tools like Sizer and X-Ray, and positioning deep-dives for Nutanix solutions for EUC including Xi Frame.

The Opportunity

When I was on stage, I spoke about the opportunity ahead for Nutanix partners. With new products and solutions, enhancements to our Channel Charter, new incentives, and more Nutanix people on the ground, we will stand side-by-side with partners every step of the way as customers transition to a multi-cloud world.

I am grateful to the representatives of our OEM partners Fujitsu, Lenovo, and HPE who were on stage with our SVP Sammy Zoghlami during the Partner Keynote, and demonstrated the freedom of choice we offer in terms of platform and the success we have together, and also to our Partner Exchange Sponsors, Arrow, TechData, HYCU, HPE, Gorilla Corp and our Platinum sponsor, Intel!
